[1 Week To Go] Submission Checklist + Demo Video Tips

Hello Hackers,

We’re down to the final 7 days of the Storyblok × Code & Coffee Hackathon 2025! Make sure your project is on track and ready for submission. Here’s your checklist:

✅ Have you submitted on Devpost?

Your project should show as SUBMITTED on Devpost here

✅ Submission requirements

  • Clear project overview - what you built and why
  • How you used Storyblok in your project
  • Tech stack used in your project
  • Public GitHub repo (with README & setup instructions)
  • Screenshots of your project
  • A demo video (3 min or less) showcasing your project in action (not just slides!)
  • (Optional) Live Storyblok space link

 

📌 Soft Submission – Sept 26, 11:00 EST

We would recommend that you save your draft by this date to avoid last-minute surprises. You’ll still be able to edit before the final deadline.

📌 Final Submission / Hacking Ends – Sept 30, 23:45 EST

All edits must be completed by this deadline.

 

🎥 Tips for Your Demo Video

  • Keep it short & clear (≤ 3 minutes).
  • Show the working demo of your project.
  • Highlight your Storyblok integration.
  • Narrate or add captions so judges understand your flow.
  • Record in good lighting & clear audio.

✨ Pro tip: Do a practice run and have a teammate review it before uploading.
