Submission - Additional info

I just wanted to confirm in the additional info , there is a section which says "Link to the live Storyblok space." , for this should we upload a link which is like this "https://app.storyblok.com/#/me/spaces/SPACEID/dashboard" and also i noticed there is a option to upload pdfs,docs,zips etc so is anything mandatory to upload here ?
